In order to assure as much accuracy and timeliness as possible, we occasionally update this content.

The Center of Business Excellence is a higher-education institution integrated within the University of Ljubljana, School of Economics and Business.

For the purposes of responding to inquiries: name, email, and other personal data provided through contact forms (the data are processed solely to answer your message and provide the requested information). The data are not shared with third parties, except for contractors responsible for website operations.

For the purposes of subscribing to news and notifications about the Ljubljana MBA program: full name, email (the data are processed to send news, events, and related information via email based on your consent). The data are stored on servers within the  and shared only with contractors responsible for website operations and software support. You may unsubscribe at any time, and the data will be processed until consent is revoked.

For the purposes of applications for the Ljubljana MBA program: full name, email, and relevant personal data (the data are processed solely for program-related purposes, based on a contractual agreement). The data are shared only with contractors responsible for website operations and software support, and stored for up to five years after contract completion.

For the purposes of downloading the Ljubljana MBA brochure: full name, email (the data are processed to contact you about the MBA program based on legitimate interest). The data are shared only with contractors responsible for website operations and stored on servers within the EEC until you unsubscribe.

For the purposes of automatic website operation and analysis: personal data such as IP address, device settings, and location (the data are processed to analyze website performance, detect fraud, assess risks, and ensure security). Some data may be shared with law enforcement or external consultants as required by law. Data collection also includes advertising purposes (Google Ads, Facebook Pixel), and the use of cookies.

4. Personal data storage period

An individual's personal data acquired based on their consent and for the purposes listed above will be processed and stored until the consent is revoked.

5. Rights of the individual

Based on consent given for the purposes listed above, you can exercise the following rights at any time:

• The right to have your personal data erased.
